Registration for Sixth Form

For students  who have made a 16+ registration, the Sixth Form entrance exam will take place on Tuesday 5 November 2024. Registrations are now closed. The deadline was midday on Wednesday 25 September 2024. For more information on joining in Sixth form see here. Please note that students must be in Year 11 at the time of the entrance exam. Registrations for entry into Sixth Form in 2026 will open in May 2025.

Latymer Upper and Prep School only accepts students who are British or Irish citizens, or who can demonstrate that they have the right to live in the UK for the duration of their study.  Whilst we may accept applicants who hold a time limited visa at the Registration stage, an offer of a place cannot be made unless an applicant can subsequently demonstrate that he/she holds British or Irish citizenship, or has the right to remain in the UK for the duration of their study.  Latymer Upper and Prep School does not sponsor pupils under the Child Student Visa Scheme (formerly Tier 4 Student Visa).  In line with the Equality Act 2010, applications are welcomed from all candidates regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, disability or special educational need. 

In order to complete a registration you will be asked to:

• Review the Latymer subject choices here as you will be required to enter the applicant’s preferred A level subjects.
• Have a copy of  the applicant’s passport ready to upload. You may also need a copy of any relevant resident permit/visa to indicate their entitlement to study in the UK. Please note we are unable to sponsor pupils who require a Tier 4 visa.
• Provide a copy of the applicant’s latest school report ideally from the latter stage of Year 10.
• Pay our non-refundable registration fee of £150 via payment card. Please note, if you are applying for a full bursary, you should complete the 16+ Full Bursary Registration form which does not require you to pay a registration fee.

We offer full fee paying places and bursary places for those who require financial assistance. Bursaries can range in amount from 25% to 100% of the fees. Our current school fees are available here and for more information about applying for a bursary please visit this page.

Registrations for 16+ entry in September 2026 will open in May 2025.
