Registrations for entry into Sixth Form in September 2026 are now open.
Please note that students must be in Year 11 at the time of the entrance exam and for September 2026 entry will have been born between 1 September 2009 and 31 August 2010.
Latymer Upper and Prep School only accepts students who are British or Irish citizens, or who can demonstrate that they have the right to live in the UK for the duration of their study. Whilst we may accept applicants who hold a time limited visa at the Registration stage, an offer of a place cannot be made unless an applicant can subsequently demonstrate that he/she holds British or Irish citizenship, or has the right to remain in the UK for the duration of their study. Latymer Upper and Prep School does not sponsor pupils under the Child Student Visa Scheme (formerly Tier 4 Student Visa). In line with the Equality Act 2010, applications are welcomed from all candidates regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, disability or special educational need.

We offer full fee paying places and bursary places for those who require financial assistance. Bursaries can range in amount from 25% to 100% of the fees. Our current school fees are available here and for more information about applying for a bursary please visit this page.
There are two types of registration forms. You should complete one form only. Please note that only those with parental responsibility are eligible to complete the form.
If you are applying for a fee paying place or a partial bursary, please complete the 16+ Registration Form below. If you indicate on the form that you wish to apply for a partial bursary, you will be sent further information on how to submit a partial bursary application after your registration has been processed. You will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of £180 (incl. VAT).
If you are applying for a full or 100% bursary, please complete the 16+ Full Bursary Registration Form. You will not be required to pay a registration fee, however, you may be contacted by a member of the Admissions team to confirm that you are eligible for Latymer to waive the registration fee. Typically, we waive the registration fee if you are in receipt of Universal Credit or other benefits (but excluding Child Benefit). Please review the bursary FAQs for further information on whether a Full Bursary is applicable. After your registration is processed, you will be sent further information on how to submit an application for a fully bursary. If your application is subsequently assessed and does not qualify for a full bursary, we reserve the right to contact you for the registration payment at a later date.
Learning Support
The deadline for receipt of all documentation relating to learning support requirements is the same day as the closing deadline for 16+ registrations. You will be sent a link to complete the form when your registration has been processed. At this point all relevant information, reports or assessments from qualified practitioners in the appropriate field (or details of reports or assessments pending) as well as requests for exam accommodations should be submitted for consideration by our Academic Mentoring Department. If you have not submitted the relevant paperwork by the published deadline, we will be unable to assess your request for exam adjustments.
All relevant Learning Support details must be supplied at this point, we reserve the right to withdraw the offer of a place if incomplete, inaccurate or misleading information is supplied at the initial registration stage.
